The enterprise-class 11.6″ EliteBook Revolve 810 G2 Multi-Touch 2-in-1 Laptop from HP is built to adapt to your needs, featuring five usage modes that are backed by durability, security, and manageability for work whether in the office or on the road. The EliteBook Revolve 810 G2 has an 11.6″ 1366 x 768 LED-backlit UWVA display, a typical contrast ratio of 300:1, a brightness of 400 cd/m2, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and viewing angles of 40/40/15/30°. The display is also a touchscreen, which supports the multi-touch gestures incorporated into Windows 7 Pro. There’s also a DisplayPort 1.2 output, so you’ll be able to output video to up to three external displays at resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz with a 30-bit color depth or 1920 x 1080 @ 120 Hz with a 24-bit color depth.

The system is powered by a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i5-4300U Dual-Core processor that boosts up to 2.7 GHz when needed. It also has 4GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L RAM for quick access to frequently used files and programs. Please bear in mind that while the 8GB of RAM is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be removed, there is one 204-pin SO-DIMM slot that supports up to 8GB of additional memory, allowing for a max system total of 12GB. For storage, it has a 128GB M.2 SATA III SSD. Other integrated features include two USB 3.0 Type-A ports (one of which doubles as a charging port), Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, a microSDXC card slot, a user-facing 720p webcam, dual digital microphones, and built-in stereo speakers. The 6-cell / 44Wh lithium-ion polymer battery lasts for up to 12 hours on a charge and can recharge in around 2.5 hours if the system is off or in standby, or in 3-5 hours if the system is turned on.

While the installed operating system is Windows 7 Pro (64-bit), a Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) license is included at no additional cost. An HP Executive Tablet Pen G2, Windows 7 Pro recovery media, and a 45W Slim Smart AC Adapter that operates using 90-265 VAC at 47-63 Hz are also included.

Cortana

Microsoft’s digital personal assistant, Cortana can answer your questions with information gleaned from both your device and the internet at large. You can type or even talk with her, if your system has a microphone. Using her Laptop, Cortana keeps track of your needs and wants, and she learns over time to improve her information gathering skills.

Microsoft Edge

After nearly 20 years, Microsoft has finally replaced its Internet Explorer web browser. With Microsoft Edge, users can write directly on web pages and share notes with friends and colleagues. It also improves the online reading experience by adding a distraction-free mode and read-it-later functionality. Edge also has built-in Cortana integration; you can have her help you find a restaurant, make a reservation, and pull up directions without leaving your browser.

Windows Store

For Windows 10, Microsoft has unified the Windows Store. Now, apps for PCs, tablets, and phones will all be accessible from one place. And with support for Universal Apps, one version of an app can work across all your compatible devices automatically.

Windows Continuum

Windows 10 was designed for a variety of screen sizes and input styles, and with its Continuum feature, it automatically adapts to fit your needs. A Windows 10 tablet on its own requires a touch-centric approach, but attaching a mouse and keyboard will shift everything to a more traditional interface. You can even attach an external monitor to your Windows 10 phone for a near-desktop experience. But it’s not just the operating system; Windows Universal Apps take advantage of Continuum as well.

Xbox on Windows 10

Devices will also be able to join domains and the Azure Active Directory, and they can even access a specialized version of the Windows Store featuring custom, company-specific applications.
